What We Actually Sell
PT-G LLC is first and foremost a free travel media site. Almost everything here — articles, country guides, tips — is and will always be completely free. The only things we ever charge for are occasional paid digital products such as detailed city guides in PDF, printable checklists, or premium map packs. Physical goods are not sold.
Our Promise Is Simple
If you buy one of our paid digital products and, for any reason, you’re not happy with it, we will refund you 100 % of the price, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. You don’t need to write a long explanation — just say “please refund” and we’ll do it.
How Refunds Work
All payments are processed through secure, well-known platforms (Stripe and/or PayPal). When you request a refund within the 30-day window, we process it back to the original payment method usually within 1–3 business days. The money appears on your card or account in 5–10 days depending on your bank, exactly like any normal purchase return.

After 30 Days
After 30 days we can no longer issue automatic refunds through the payment processor, but we still want you to be happy. Contact us anyway — if there is a real problem with the file or content, we will almost certainly find a way to make it right (new version, extra bonus material, or manual refund).
Non-Refundable Situations
We obviously can’t refund if you simply changed your mind after the 30-day period and everything works fine, or if the purchase was made longer than six months ago. Also, bank fees or currency conversion costs that your bank or card issuer might charge are unfortunately outside our control.

Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how refunds work, we’ll update this page and put the new date at the top. Existing purchases will always be covered by the policy that was active when you bought.
